I bought this dryer about a year and a half ago and I must say that I really like the convenience of using this dryer. I am sitting under it right now as I type this review at my computer desk. It does work fairly well but I wish it dried my hair faster than an hour and 15 minutes. My hair is fine and it’s not that long either so it should be drying in at least 45 minutes, no more. The other thing with it is, it does not seem to dry my hair evenly so I rarely rollerset my hair as a result. I simply let my hair hang loose and allow it to dry that way for faster results. I may be investing in a Pibbs 514 dryer when this one goes out on me. But for now, it is doing what I need it to do. It does however leave my hair nice and bouncy when it’s all done.

Is not good for long, relaxed hair. It doesnt matter what type of hair rollers I used, I just feel a flow of very hot hair over my boy, but my hair one hour before still somehow wet. Is frustrating. I have better luck with the portable hair dryer.

I gave this to my wife for a gift and she loves it. She says it drys her in a short period of time and she loves the mobility of moving it around the house and not being confined to one place, like she was with her old one she had to sit on the table.

I bought two of these dryers to replace two old ones that I had for years. I was very excited to have something that looked updated. When I recieved and assembled them,I left them for my hairdressers to experience the next morning.
I got called immediatly because they realized that the dryers extend and go up like my old one,but the hood is not very deep on the inside at all and the client could not easily sit under it.This is in a normal size chair! Forget about someone with foils! There was no way to extend it out more to help.I had to mail them back!
